Municipal Court

Does the court accept time payments?

Q: Does the court accept time payments?

Yes, any fine under $200 is expected to be paid in full the day of court.  For any fine over $200 you may request time payments, however, an initial payment of at least $200 is expected to be paid the day of court.

If you are requesting time payments, you will be given a financial form to fill out.  Complete the form and return it to the payment window.  If you are granted time payments, your payment arrangements will be made and you will be given a copy of your signed time payment order.
